Many projects involve the recognised procurement requirements of design, specification, tender documentation and contract supervision. Risk assessments are carried out and the planning supervisor role fulfilled under CDM Regulations.

Projects can be as diverse as the project management of a private tennis court (locally), project management of a Skate Park Development to National Facility Strategy Athletic Project and a World Class Water-Based Pitch Project for Hockey.

The company provided technical support for Sport England Lottery applications as well as providing the expertise for developers seeking Section 106 agreements with local authorities.

Condition assessment and maintenance recommendations reports are undertaken - these often lead to outline specifications and budget costings for remedial or replacement works.

The Consultancy has also, from time to time, been commissioned to write a technical report to assist the settlement of disputes in sports construction projects.

The consultancy is a Professional Services Group Member of SAPCA (The Sport and Play Contractor's Association) and the proprietor is a Chartered Engineer (M.I.C.E.) as well as a Member of the Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management (M.I.L.A.M.).

This company holds Professional Indemnity Insurance although it has never needed to be utilised.
